Durham and UOIT offer a great variety in intramural sports like Volleyball, Basketball, Hockey, Badminton and Soccer. When choosing to sign up for an intramural sport there’s two choices. You can either choose to play at a recreation level or a competitive level. Each and level is mixed genders (male and female). Here are some reasons why to play an intramural sport at Durham UOIT.
