It has become such a favourite to consumers that the public itself almost outshines McDonalds own advertisements.

Taking it off the menu or stopping the McRib campaign will actually end up hurting  public relations.

The high level of want associated with the McRib lends hand in hand with social media.

Social media is the population in 2017. A major part of selling the McRib to the consumer is to let them know about it, make it easy for them to buy it.

It excels in the Mcdonalds culture and is a major seller in the franchise.
