To justify the side effects of the product Companies use marketing strategies . There are many sugar free energy drinks available in the market but they are equally harmful. Energy drinks have other benefits like they keep you hydrated but on the whole their excess consumption is not good for the body. Other sports drinks like Gatorade and Power rade are still okay because they have high amount electrolytes in them.
